INSURANCE POLICY

I will give you all the necessary documentation so that you can submit your claim directly to your health insurance provider. I recommend that you contact your insurance carrier to verify your eligibility for acupuncture coverage. Most providers cover partial payment or only a series of treatments. However, some insurance plans cover acupuncture only if performed by a medical doctor, so please ask if this is the case with your policy. I am not a medical doctor, but hold a master's degree in science in traditional Chinese medicine and a license in Chinese herbology.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION

All treatments require a 24-hour advance notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Clients will be asked to pay full rate for an appointment missed with less than 24-hour notice.
